Hi everybody

I am loading pictures of her as a dun, + nymph-shuck, wing, and
living nymph. It is based on the following that called her

Heterotarsale...If it isn't i would love to know.

In one photo she is with one I have not biopsied yet.
I always try to get group shots especially when 2 are
very close in appearance. She is the bigger one and
more orange in color.

I reared her from larval state.

I slide mounted all key amatomoy of 6 other samples,
they and all keyed out as ( Was Stenacron Hetrotarsale ?? )
from the manuals I have.

See my Mac ?? tread they are listed.

All the nymphs maxillae had APX 8-9 pictinated
satae combs and no satae hair.
APX 26 satae hair in the submedial row.

Gills are consistent with biosystmatics 79 / fig 1 & 2.

I am sorry the confustion that was my fault..
Look at the bottom of other tread I put

( MS ) in front of hetrotarsle

That was likely viewed as (( M maccaffertatum / S Stenacron.))

Ms was to represent Laddie, I should have put....MISS

Now that's Stenacron.

YUP In my heart she will be my Hetrotarsale.
Something I love about that name. And, the color
well they are dam pretty my fav.

I figured the extra ( info+pic's ) might help.

BUT, if had not put( MS,) in front. None of this conversation
would have take place.

The dun wing was from her twin sister. I let ( MISS,, Hetro,,Go free )

It is handy to hold on to a 5 legged sample, you know which
pictures is with which samples.

Thank Guy's

Mr. Roberts is a man of few words sometimes, other times he and I are vying with each other for the Tolstoy award...:)

If you ever chance upon some back issues of Fly Fisherman magazine, dig through them, maybe you'll be lucky enough to find some of his articles there...You will get a chance to see just how good he is at choosing his words. :)

Funny as I was reading your post,
I was thinking....The name sounded familiar.

It is a whole lot less typing to.
