Biography & ThoughtsFly fishing was cooler before it became mainstream. It's still wonderful, though. It used to have an "offbeat" mystique, not unlike falconry. Now it's considered a growth industry. On the other hand, it's popularity helps preserve and enhance the waters. The habitat is valued by more "watchdogs."
