Louis -

You're right, and it works on Chrome and Explorer too, so it's not a browser issue. Weird... Anyway, excellent article. That sure explains why I like them (pads) so much with my SA lines... Thanks for helping with my misconception about them!:)

Jonathon - You've had good luck with them, so why not?

I realize this is meant as a bug site, but I'm just glad I can participate in a discussion that isn't laced with entomological terms. I again feel like a contributor.

I know, I'm just picking. Chalk it up to cabin fever.

As long as they float I fish 'em. I hope to see you for the olives.

I'll be there, my friend, with sparkling clean lines lacing the stream.

This broken line thread has a half life longer than U-235! so when might we expect to see Baetis on Spring Creek? I'm itching to go fishing.

Yes, probably due to our lack of immediate fishing experiences to discuss. My first time up to SC last season was February 28, but hatches came early. It will be hard to predict, given our up and down temps this winter. Perhaps Shawn will quietly PM one of us (so as not to have the stream swarming with anglers the day we head up ;>).

I'll be there with my cracked line, laced fishing shirts, and my all weather chapel veil whooping it up with you.
PS. I added chapel veil because I am Catholic and it's Ash Wednesday.
