Posts: 1I have a G Loomis Venture 7 that has serviced me very well through the years, but the other day I was out fishing, and I hear 'kerplunk!'and I look down to find the spool half of my reel in the water. I took it home and looked it over, and discovered that the switch used to detach the spool half simply had come undone, allowing the spool to fall off. The problem is that the switch is now very loose and will not hold the reel together securely. Is there a spring or something I can fix or replace in the reel?
