My wife surprised me with a Renzetti Traveler vise for Christmas, and yes, I've been up since 5 or so playing with it...crazy fun to tie on this one!

Anyway, a Merry Christmas to all the Troutnuts out there,

Roguerat

Merry Christmas to my favorite on-line community!
Looks like fishing is the order of the day in PA and VA. Skiing sure isn't worth much after all the rain, but the streams will drop before the mercury does...

Yes, Merry Christmas to everyone! This is the best group of flyfishers of all the forums I've ever visited.

A very belated Merry Christmas to all but a timely HAPPY NEW YEAR to my fellow troutnuts!! I was downstate visiting my folks with my new kitty (Leo the Lion, or more properly Leonid Catski since he's a Russian Blue) and so have been away from the computer for a while. Got a pair of snow shoes for Christmas but don't know if I will use them any time soon - we are still BARE of snow! Ice is finally forming however so that's my winter alternative, the fly rods are taking a "long Winter's nap" - even have a few lakes to ice fish for trout!

A VERY HAPPY 2015 TO ALL!!!

No matter how big the one you just caught is, there's always a bigger one out there somewhere...
