Hollidaysburg Pa Posts: 251	I'm going to be heading down towards Wilmington NC this Aug for vacation. I'm going to try my luck in the salt for the first time. My question is do any of you have any beginer advice. I was planning on buying an 8wt rod so I can use it for steelhead as well,but I'm not sure if it will be to small. I will also be fishing in the surf most of the time but am planning on hiring a guide for one day. Prob. for sea trout and flounder...that's just a guess though because I'm not sure what is off the coast that time of year. If any one could recomend a guide/tackle/flies/rigging? I guess any advice at all would be useful. Thanks, Jeff
