Biography & Thoughts	I used a bait seine and a potato rake to get helgramites.set the seine up down stream and rake all through the rocks above and would be plenty in the seine. Kept them in a half gallon can with wet leaves. I grew up in upstate South Carolina and fished all through the "Horse Pasture" and the Jocassee Valley before it was flooded and it was some of the best trout fishing ever.Still go back and fish Chatooga and Chauga rivers and several other streams. Mostly use a 7 foot fly rod or ultra light spinning outfit.
