New photography forum section

The Admin Fairbanks, AK Posts: 2021	Some of you have requested a forum section for sharing photographs, and it seems like a good place to discuss photographic equipment and techniques too. So I've added the Photography section to the forum for all that. I'm also moving some existing photo-related topics over to that section. Let's make good use of it!

The Admin Fairbanks, AK Posts: 2021	It should accept any jpegs smaller than 1 megabyte. So it won't take high-resolution unresized pictures straight from the camera, but just about any typical screen size image should work.
