Not personally...

Seriously, it looks Bluegill-ish and the best way to hold any spiny fish is to get your hand/fingers AHEAD of the spines on the fins and fold them down against the fish's back. Yeah, a 'finning' hurts, too many times to count...

Thanks for your reply, my friend told me that it is the Little Spinefoot with red dots, i am not sure!
