Southeast Minnesota was ravaged by floods this weekend. Their was an incredible 16 inches of rain in a 24 hour period in a town called Lewiston. Six people have died in the flood waters. There is one marginal stream that I'm very concerned about. It doesn't have very good natural reproduction to begin with and when i saw boulders 50 feet or more on the bank i don't think the trout could have done very well, let alone the streams invertabrate population.
