I though it looks like Ephemerella subvaria.

This one the abdomen shape is not like my typical subvaria.

On all that I am seeing the abdomen tapers from the 4th to the thorax.

This one also has tubercles on segment # 1, and larger ones on the 9th
than I typically see.

Any thought's here
