Folsom #610 fly fishing rod

Posts: 1	Found a fishing rod in my garage probably left there by my dad. The bottom cap is gone but the rest of the rod is in great condition nicely done. Someone told me prisoners made them years ago and the number stands for the prisoner that made it. Could this be possible? Does anyone know anything about this rod?
