Looking for new ways to support this site? No? Well, have a look at this stuff in the Troutnut.com gift shop anyway. :)

The Fisherman's Ruler
Available on shirts, mugs, or a bumper sticker.

Catch and Release
Another joke along similar lines. Available on shirts or mugs.

Kid Stuff
The two below are so shamelessly cute they make me want to gag, but cute baby stuff seems to sell. If you've got a little one please show these to your wife. :)

I Outfish My Daddy
This was one of the best-selling designs already, back when it was just plain ugly text. I completely redid it and I hope people like the new version. Available on several kids' things.

This One's a Keeper
Available in bodysuits and t-shirts for infants and toddlers.

I'm planning to spend the next few days working on the store and adding some new designs. Some of the changes I'm making:

  • Removing the "Troutnut.com" label from most of the products, since lots of people would rather not be walking billboards.

  • Possibly adding a line of logo stuff for those who do want to be walking billboards. It's fun, really!

  • Changing the fonts on some popular designs to look better on shirts.

  • Adding shirts in several new darker colors.

  • Adding some scenery products.

  • Adding mouse pads and maybe a calendar or two (though not a cool hatch-matching calendar or anything, just typical cool-picture calendards for now).

I've also had quite a few requests for more "practical" fishing stuff like fly boxes. Those are good ideas and I'm sure they'd sell well, but I'm limited to the things CafePress can print on. Mostly those are general gift type things, all of which are listed here.

If anyone has more ideas for neat designs or gifts, please post them!

JOURNALS--how cool would it be to have a fly-tying journal/notebook with either a real pretty bug or a real juicy-looking bug on it? or one with a fish or scenery photo for keeping fishing trip records? or one with your inimitable humor on the front? might please those who want fly boxes.

NOTECARDS--could really use some blank-inside good-looking cards to write folks on. scenery and fish would be good. bugs maybe not so much.

CANNOT WAIT FOR THE CALENDARS!!

Ok, the calendars are done. I made two, a trout stream calendar and an insect calendar.
