SUNY Environmental Science and Forestry, Syracuse Posts: 71 | We took 7 students up to Pulaski, New York on Saturday to meet up with the Salmon River Stewards. We then split up and covered the entire stream from the estuary to the dam picking up trash. We then took a tour of the fish hatchery. We then stayed at a cabin along Lake Ontario tyed flies for those who had never tried and headed back to Pulaski at 4 am. To make a long story short we landed 3 Salmon fair hooked, 2 of those where kids who had never fly fished before. | |
