| Starlight PA Posts: 230 | I'm thinking of making my first trip to my cabin on Tuesday and Wednesday April 22 & 23. Long term forecast is 62 on Tuesday and 63 on Wednesday. I'm wondering if anyone would like to make the trip with me to split on gas and on shuttles? I have a Hyde low profile boat and know the rivers intimately. It all depends on the weather predictions not changing and water temperatures at least 50 degrees. Flow rates don't mean much to me with the drift boat I can always get to a spot with less flow and find rising fish. Plan would be to go up early Tuesday to arrive NLT 8:00 a.m. I have to rake leaves for a couple of hours since bugs seldom get going before 1:00 p.m. Float Tuesday, float or wade fish Wednesday, leave NLT 1:00 p.m. on Thursday. PM me if you are interested. Please no lefty's or studded wading shoes. ![]() | |
