Posts: 5Hey Guys I am looking to get a new jacket, and wondering what the fine chaps on this site would reccomend?? I am leaning towards one form L.L. Bean for about 80.00 So let me know what you thinks. Thanks in advance

Simm G3 is my favorite. It has worked better at doing what it is supposed to do than the others I've tried. Actually worth the price to stay dry in my opinion.

I'm assuming that you are referring to the Beans Emerger jacket. It's a very good, very durable Jacket for the money. I know that cabela's has one of there mid level jackets on sale for around $60 on line right now
