| Littleton, Colorado Posts: 34 | I have a lot of tattoos but I finally got one started that was dedicated to my love of fly fishing. I have some work left to get done on it but I figured you guys/girls my like to see it. I also can't be the only one with a fishing tattoo let's see them (Stay classy San Deigo :)) | |

| Louis Is it not an art to deceive a trout with an artificial fly? A trout! that is more sharp-sighted than any hawk . . . and more watchful and timorous than your high-mettled merlin is bold! --Izaak Walton The Compleat Angler | ||

| Hayward, WI. Posts: 111 | Hi Ben- It certainly appears that you have an eye for detail. Very nice. I checked out your profile and it would seem we have some common ties. I spent ten years in Littleton and frequented many of the spots you mentioned; the South Platte being closest to home. I covered a lot of water back in those years. I’ve spent the month of March up on the Roaring Fork and Frying Pan for the last ten years. The midge fishing has me hooked big time. Two years ago I had some of the greatest fishing in my life on the Fork it beat the heck out of the Pan. Keep up on the nymph fishing. Some day it will just click and when it does it’s a beautiful thing. Good luck! | |
