I notice, there isn't a posting area, here, on TN for selling/trading fly fishing related items, among we registered users.
But, do any of you have "a favorite site" you like using, when buying/selling/trading, fly fishing items?
"eBay" of course, but it's too much of a hassle, when you've only got one item to sell, one time, it seems like.
So, just thought someone here, might have a good site for such a thing!?!

www.flyanglersonline.com/bb/ has exactly what you need. copy and paste the address into your browser's address bar--i can't seem to make it into a link this morning.

Thanks, Casey! Appreciate it!
Great looking site and their "for sale board" really seems to draw a LOT of action, from the members!
Too bad, we don't have such an area here on TN!

be careful what you wish for, as they say. some months ago the moderators of that site had an awful time when someone who posted a whole bunch of stuff and then couldn't deliver. everyone was angry. in the end, the general consensus seemed to be that if there were only one or two posts next a name, one should exercise caution.
dare i say that the beauty of this site is its usually well-considered posts? mutillidae (sp?)aside... seriously, here is where i go to actually try to learn something hard.

"Catching back up" on the help and suggestions I was given here, about; "Where to go, to list something fly fishing to sell", I was directed to "Fly Anglers On Line" and their selling forum there.
Well,it worked out just fine, so wanted to say "thanks for all the help"!! (Now, to sell my LLBean fly reel and 3 extra spools for it, plus two fly lines!!?!)
