Ephemerella subvaria (Hendrickson) Mayfly Nymph Pictures



 These are two common color patterns on Hendrickson nymphs. I suspect that one is male and the other female, but I don't know for sure.

This mayfly was collected from the Namekagon River on January 13th, 2004 and added to Troutnut.com on January 25th, 2006.
